For manufacturers

Bring your homes to the American market with a clearer story.

Field House creates consumer-focused content, introduces suitable products and connects interested American buyers with manufacturers prepared to support them.

Introduce Your Company

The opportunity

American buyers are interested in factory-built homes. But unfamiliar products need more than a catalog and a price list.

Buyers want to understand how the home is built, what is included, what documentation exists and what happens after delivery. Field House turns technical reality into something an American buyer can act on.

How we bring buyers to you

Social content finds them. The website converts them.

Buyers discover homes on their phones, not in catalogs. Field House runs a steady stream of content that sends interested American buyers to your model pages — and turns that interest into qualified introductions.

  1. 01 · Discover

    Short-form video

TikTok · Instagram Reels · YouTube Shorts · Facebook

Bill puts striking homes in front of American buyers and asks the question they're already thinking. This is where interest starts.

  2. 02 · Trust

    Longer episodes

    YouTube · recurring series

“Would I Send the Deposit?”, “What Arrives?”, “Factory Questions.” Buyers watch the homework being done — including on your products.

  3. 03 · Evidence

    Your model page

    fieldhouseglobal.com/homes/…

Every video links to the exact model: specs, price scope, documentation and what happens locally. Buyers arrive informed, not just curious.

  4. 04 · Qualify

    Buyer intake

“What are you looking to build?”

Location, land, budget, timeline and concerns — captured before anyone contacts you, so your sales team talks to serious buyers.

  5. 05 · Connect

    Direct introduction

Field House → your sales team

We review each buyer and introduce the good fits with their project details and a Field House reference number attached.

A sleek white capsule home with a curved panoramic glass end, raised on steel legs on a gravel pad above a mountain lake.
A single-storey grey modular farmhouse with a covered wooden porch beside an old oak tree and gravel drive at sunset.
A dark green metal-clad guest cabin with a glazed gable end and deck, raised on concrete piers among pine trees in morning mist.

Plus email: buyers who aren’t ready yet stay subscribed, so your homes stay in front of them until they are.

Tracking

From first view to closed sale — every introduction is traceable.

Commission only works if both sides trust the numbers. So every buyer is tracked from the video that found them to the sale that closes, and you receive regular reports on traffic, inquiries and introductions for your models.

  1. 01

    Where they came from

Every link in every video and post carries tracking tags, and the site records the referring page and first landing page. We can tell which platform, which video and which campaign brought each buyer.

  2. 02

    What they looked at

Model page views, video plays and filter use show which of your homes are getting attention — and from which audience.

  3. 03

    Who asked

Each inquiry is stored with its source, the model it's about and a unique reference number (FH-XXXXXX).

  4. 04

    Who we introduced

Introductions are logged against that reference number, with the date and the sales contact they went to.

  5. 05

    What sold

Under the referral agreement you confirm closed sales against the reference number. That's how commission is calculated — nothing is paid on unverified claims either way.

How it works

Five steps. No inventory, no deposits.

  1. 01

    Introduce your company

Tell us who you are, what you make and what documentation exists.

  2. 02

    Documentation review

We review specifications, drawings, test reports and any approvals — and note what's missing.

  3. 03

    Content & listing

Suitable models are published with clear status labels. You review specs and pricing for accuracy.

  4. 04

    Introductions

Interested buyers are introduced to your sales team with their project details and source attached.

  5. 05

    Commission on completed sales

Referral terms are agreed in writing. You own the contract, payment, delivery and support.

What we look for

Strong products. Honest paperwork. Someone who answers.

We don’t publish every manufacturer who applies. We’re building a small, credible library — and our reputation with buyers is the asset that makes an introduction worth anything.

  • Products worth a closer look

Homes with real design merit and a plausible fit for American sites and buyers.

  • Honest documentation

Drawings, test reports, material specs — and candor about what isn't available yet.

  • Responsiveness

A sales contact who answers buyer questions clearly, in writing, within days.

  • Export readiness

Experience shipping overseas, and a clear view of what the buyer handles locally.

  • Accountability after delivery

Written warranty terms and a realistic plan for parts and support.

A note from Bill

“If you have strong products, honest documentation and responsive support, we should talk.”

Field House may receive a referral fee or commission from manufacturers when an introduction leads to a completed sale. Any sponsored or hosted content is labelled where it appears.
